This website is operated by SnowAura. Throughout the site, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to SnowAura. By visiting this site, creating an account, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party payment, analytics, communication, fulfillment, and other services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Purchases from this store are transactions with SnowAura, not Shopify. We are not responsible for third-party websites that you choose to visit through external links.

10. PRIVACY
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you acknowledge that information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers in locations outside your state or country where permitted by law.

11. DISCLAIMER
