Where does SnowAura ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Where will my order ship from?
Orders are dispatched from our fulfillment partners in China. Yanwen normally handles the international journey before the parcel is handed to a local US carrier for final delivery.
How long will delivery take?
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days and arrive 7–15 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, and peak seasons, customs, weather, and carrier disruptions can cause delays.
How do I track my order?
We email a tracking link when the order ships. It can take 2–5 business days for the first movement to appear, and a local tracking number may be added after the parcel reaches the United States.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. Multiple items may ship separately so they can reach you sooner. Each parcel will have its own tracking information when available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us immediately. We can help only before fulfillment begins and cannot guarantee a change or cancellation once processing has started.
What is the return window?
You may request an eligible return within 30 days after confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers pay return shipping for fit, color, or preference returns. If we confirm that an item arrived wrong, damaged, or defective, SnowAura will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping when a return is required.
How should I choose a size?
Use the measurements on the individual product page whenever available. Compare them with a similar garment you already own, and check whether the product is described as relaxed, oversized, or fitted. Contact us before ordering if you are between sizes.
Are duties and taxes included?
Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout when required. Any import charge not collected at checkout is the recipient's responsibility.
